Two Industrial Estates

The Sprint Industrial Estate was purchased by its current owners in 1991, followed by the purchase of the adjacent Four Ashes industrial Estate in 2005.

As a family run business we provide industrial units to both small and large businesses. With unit sizes ranging from individual offices or a small 500 sq ft industrial unit all the way up to 50,000 sq ft we are able to cater for all business needs.
